Starting with February of this year, tarent AG, shareholder of eSolutions, expands its portfolio of technology services for the media industry, through a strategic partnership with Qvest Group GmbH, which takes over the majority of the company's shares.
The current management remains involved in the development of the company, keeping the same attributions and responsibilities. Through this investment, Qvest Group is taking the next step in strengthening its position as a market leader in the area of ??digitalization and technology services for the media industry, along with tarent.
The new partnership does not affect eSolutions operations, which will be able to support, through the vast experience in custom IT solutions development, the new projects at group level.
